Accreditation

Kaplan College Preparatory School is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA).

SACS is one of only six regional accrediting organizations in the U.S. recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, and it accredits more than 13,000 public and private schools in 11 states of the Southeastern U.S. and in Latin America. Member institutions perform comprehensive self-evaluations to assist them in planning for improvement and to ensure the public of their overall quality.

CITA is comprised of seven premier American educational accrediting agencies, and it accredits more than 32,000 public and private educational institutions in 100 countries. CITA Standards for distance learning institutions promote quality schools and continuous improvement to enhance student success.
